Thank you to everyone who voted us the Best Pint in South Florida in 2009-2010! You Guinness drinkers are absolutely right too. We pour a great pint. If looks aren't enough, just try a sip and you'll see.

So, how do we do it? It's simple when you know how, really:

  1. Take a dry, room temperature 20oz tulip glass. Holding at 45 degrees close to pourspout, fill the glass 3/4 full.
  2. Allow to almost completely settle, which lets the head solidify and take shape.
  3. Fill glass proud of rim. Head should be 1/2 to 3/4 of an inch in height.
  4. Finally, be patient as your perfect pint settles. (Good things come to those who wait).
